The city is being overrun by psychopaths, wrecked in the slow agony of bending under the pressure of the ocean. The music also does a decent job, though not as much as I thought it could. Technically, BioShock is the perfect game. It works fine on personal computers. Similarly on consoles. It's best to play it in a refreshed version.
The plot is quite complicated. For most of the game, we get more questions than answers. Of course, it fits well with the atmosphere in BioShock and does not prevent a satisfying gameplay. On the other hand, the viewer may perceive it as artistic gibberish and an excess of form over content. Nevertheless, I rate this aspect of the game very positively. The player's introduction is very atmospheric and is mentioned to this day as one of the best video games in the history.
The gameplay is primarily about shooting. In this regard, the weapons look pretty good. It would not be enough, but fortunately the developer gave us one more nice thing to the game. I mean the special powers that our main character has at his disposal. It looks like spells straight from RPGs. The combination of shooting and throwing magic in this game looks great. I have nothing to complain about here.
The gameplay focuses on the single-player campaign, which is relatively short. BioShock Fortunately, it is full of very good content. If I have to stick to something, it is the poor AI of the opponents. Their behavior is absurd on medium difficulty. In addition, the locations are designed in such a way that there is an excess of movement at certain stages. Of course, there is something to hang your eye on, but that's probably not what such productions are about. These are small nuances that affect my BioShock perception in a minimal way.
