Additional information

Mount & Blade II Bannerlord We start the game 200 years before the events of Warband, in Calradia. The world is divided into eight powers, three of which are no different and are at war with each other (northern, southern and western empires). There is an interregnum in the world because the previous great ruler has left no descendants, and this is where we are. We can join one of the factions and lead them to a pedestal or try our hand at creating a new state. The story is short, but it's more or less about helping the empire or their enemies. Importantly, the created world has virtually 230 square kilometers. Traveling, despite the isometric view of the figure representing our army, takes a very long time, and the changing landscape makes the game more realistic. Just like the whole map, which the creators worked hard on.

Mount & Blade II Bannerlord We manage and command our army, as well as the armies of our family members. Playing battles in terms of arcade (first person) is, in my opinion, much more difficult than before. Additionally, the first-person fight may appeal to fans of the climate from MORDHAU. Compared to the previous installments, the issuing of orders and army formations have been greatly developed. It is very helpful during the fight, but if we want to command quite well and meaningfully from the first person, we will not have enough time to face the opponent personally. I hope that either the creators or modders will make a third option of playing battles.

Mount & Blade II Bannerlord Similar to those from the Total War series, in which we command a third-person army. I am writing about this because when playing automatic battles it seems to me that the troops are simply ordered to charge the enemy. As I wrote before, when we play the battles manually from the first person, we do not have time to fight the enemy ourselves, but we constantly arrange the troops in different lines. The sieges are well developed here. Not only is our constructing skill more useful than its predecessors, but battles involving siege engines are more interesting and effective. Also, attacks on villages are more interesting, because each village, depending on the number of inhabitants, generates its own garrison, e.g. 4 soldiers / day. One final point to mention is units of mass! Each country has its own special units, as in the previous part, but their development is even more extensive. The villages also have their own special garrison units and mercenary families, although I have not yet managed to figure out neither the bands nor these families. There are so many types of units that I really enjoyed collecting them. A bit like collecting pokemon because I wanted to have everyone.
