StarCraft II Legacy of the Void Well, I must admit that my heart rate campaign did not accelerate. In this respect, the old Wings of Liberty (from 2010!) Remains unmatched. In terms of storytelling, hardly anything has changed since Heart of the Swarm. We perform missions selected by clicking on the star map of a given system, talk to crew members, select unit variants. A novelty is the ability to use the special abilities of our ship during combat - these are bombing, dropping units into battle, stopping time, and the like.

Unfortunately, the farther into the forest it becomes clearer that Blizzard's writers didn't quite know how to end the story. The promised heroism is lost somewhere among mental shortcuts, simplifications and banalities. I also missed more spectacular cut-scenes. I still had the feeling that everything in the new Starcraft was too intimate. Only in the epilogue Legacy of the Void returns to form, providing us with a satisfying ending. Very naive, a bit without the coveted "pump", but nevertheless somewhat satisfying, especially if you follow the saga from the beginning.

StarCraft II Legacy of the Void For Sunday players who want to improve their skills, I would recommend playing the maps that are available in the "Arcade" in the first place. There you will find various mods created by the community to the delight of fans. They are often quite abstract and involve, for example, defending against waves of zombies, completing pseudo-RPG tasks and so on. Nevertheless, this type of game will help you learn how to control units. Fast keyboard and mouse operation is a universal thing for casual and slightly more serious Starcraft fun. In the worst case, you will spend an interesting dozen or so hours - this is how long it takes to review and play at least once the more interesting "mods". Anyway, there is a big chance that you will stay in "Arcade" for longer, because maps such as "The Thing" can provide a lot of emotions. Blizzard announces that this element is to be further developed, and over time, the creators of the best maps will even be able to demand payment for access to their work. If so, we will probably see even better "UMSs".
