Getting into gaming can feel overwhelming when every console promises the world but delivers a steep learning curve. Beginners often struggle with complicated setups, expensive hardware ecosystems, and libraries that assume you already know how to play. The wrong choice early on can turn what should be a fun hobby into a frustrating chore — and nobody wants to sink hundreds of dollars into a platform that collects dust after a week.
