Released in 2006, ArmA was technically inferior and one of the bugged production that I've had the opportunity to play. Bohemia Interactive has decided to break the campaign down to three episodes, the first of which you can see more or less per month. This is the first case in the history of the series declared by the desire to ensure the high quality of the entire game, and that's really a shot in the foot.
There is no doubt that the largest star army is a population of 270 square kilometers island of Altis, where known alpha stratis turns out to be ridiculously small. The creation of this map required many years of work, the effects of which can be seen at each step. If other games find fabulous scenery fitted into uninteresting play, ArmA III features a Greek island. The scale makes the eyes naturally attuned to the environment extremely authentic. This Mediterranean landscape is full of cities, villages, solar power plants, the ruins of amphitheaters and underwater wrecks. The interiors of buildings can't boast of details, but you do appreciate the fact that most of them type. If exploring Czarnorusi has been exciting for you, I assure you there is no shortage of Alti's equally pretty places. Bohemia is not safe but made is that offers interesting scenarios to those who want to fight for Altis. Arma 3 is an aesthetic renovation of the series. In Operation Fault Line with a bunch of Steam buddies, I had to drive a clunky eight-wheeled transport called HEMTT across the map. To protect this elephant truck, we had the BWP-6c Panther, an armored personnel carrier with a grenade launcher and a 12.7 mm machine gun. Minutes after leaving the base, our rugged security guard eats a land mine, ruining its left trail. As we disembark to inspect the damage, the rockets fly through the valley. Everyone's fine, but the Panther is stuck.
The only option is to dump APC. We hammer into the brittle HEMTT, burning diesel fuel, to get off the exposed ridge. Green tracks track a truck, eventually puncturing some of my tires. The wheels don't deflate enough to go flat, but the suspension drops to the left. I have to drive the wrong way for the rest of the mission, constantly counter-counting to keep the truck on the gravel road. But they all work together to keep our war bus on track - my teammates give turning instructions, read the map and scan the road for more mines.
