Starting from the tracks, in my opinion there is a lot to race - the game offers almost 100 routes (layouts) from several dozen tracks. Some of them are well-known "world" facilities, such as Silverstone, Imola, Hockenheimring, and a few historical threads or typical karting tracks. The main part of these objects are less known Brazilian tracks, but in my opinion this is not a minus - an interesting change from what we will meet in other simulators. This month the Nurburgring and Nordschleife track came out as a DLC, and in December, Reiza was scheduled to release Spa-Francorchamps.
I had the pleasure to do a lap on the real Nordschleife circuit and after the one available in AMS2, the virtual one available in the game didn't quite delight me, I had the feeling that some parts of the track were elongated and others narrowed. However, when it comes to cars, it is a bit worse. Especially at the beginning when the game was released, theoretically, we saw over 80 cars available on the list, but most of them were historical cars, or Brazilian series, which are interesting, but not enough to "burn" them over and over again. It is possible that I didn't look at it objectively because I like GT cars the most, and those in the game were like medicine. Fortunately, the situation is improving, currently we have several GT3 and GT4 cars to choose from.
Reiza Studio at Automobilista combines its experience in simulating and driving racing cars, developed over the past years, with the graphics engine of the British developer Slight Mad Studios (SMS) used, for example, in Project Cars 2. Thanks to this, the cars behave on the road exactly as a racing driver would expect, and the game is able to simulate rainfall, day-night transition, rubber coating and temperature of the racing thread of the track.
