Diablo III Rise of the Necromancer Diablo III: Rise of the Necromancer is an expansion pack for Diablo III that was announced in November 2016 at Blizzard Entertainment's annual BlizzCon event. This isn't another big expansion, just a pack that features a new character, the title Necromancer, as well as various cosmetic bonuses. The add-on was released on the PC, PS4 and XONE platforms, among others. The necromancer, whose gender we determine before the start of the game, wields a special kind of magic that draws on the power of death. His combat skills are based on blood and bones, which are the main building blocks of life, giving players the ability to revive a corpse, among other things. The Necromancer's gameplay scheme was based on the assumptions this class was built on in Diablo II - although the expansion doesn't introduce all the abilities known from the studio's previous game, they were the main source of inspiration for the developers. The player can therefore use the effective corpse explosion, stare at enemies from a distance with the bone spear, suck blood from the bodies of opponents, revive skeletons, as well as the bloodlust, which allows short-range teleportation.
Diablo III Rise of the Necromancer Download for PC Diablo III Rise of the Necromancer introduces a new playable character class - the Necromancers, known as the Priests of Rathma. They decided to heed the Sanctuary's call and complete the training phase in the depths of the Kedjist Jungle, aimed at maintaining a balance between life-giving and deadly forces. In addition, the new character brings special legendary items and kits, as well as the ability to have your own pet. The add-on also introduces more slots for characters on the account, a portrait frame, pennant, banner and unique symbology, and two additional stash tabs in the PC version. Diablo III: Rise of the Necromancer is not a standalone expansion. The PC version requires both the base version of Diablo III and the Reaper of Souls expansion in order to function, while the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions require Diablo III: Reaper of Souls - Ultimate Evil Edition.

Diablo III Rise of the Necromancer is the second addition to the third installment of the Diablo series. Although we knew from the beginning that it would not be what "Lord of Destruction" or "Reaper of Souls", I still hoped that Blizzard would positively surprise me, thus silencing all complaints of malcontents, who accused a simple jump on the cash and an attempt squeeze all juices out of the middle game. Unfortunately, for about 60 zlotys, we get practically only the character class known from the previous installments, as well as a few visual extras that you can easily do without. Is it still worth deciding to dance macabre with a character from years ago?

Additional rumors? Any extra necromancers along the way? None of these things. If you've read at least one of the books and remember a certain Zayl, you will certainly lack this human aversion to someone who definitely stands out from the canon of the average warrior. What's worse, there is also no question of an almost as canonical sacrifice of the hand, which makes our necromancers look more like fans of harsh sounds rather than harsh shredding of opponents.
